Cathy Sirett consults and facilitates in the area of increasing employee effectiveness, focusing on increasing productivity and employee satisfaction at the same time to achieve the best results. In the past twenty years her clients have included: KPMG, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Cisco, Microsoft, DHL, Novozymes, BOC Gases, Computer Associates - among others.

She has worked with these companies in Europe, America, Asia and Africa, so also brings a wide cultural experience to her work. Her particular expertise is in removing obstacles to performance: whether those obstacles are individual, team or organisationally based, and whether that performance is at the individual, team or company level.

Her preferred approach is to develop a customised project based on interviews with key stakeholders, and then work through small group workshops, and “coaching the coach” one on one sessions to achieve the desired change.
