What does it take to be a leader?

While there are some constants in the skills required (eg good communication skills certainly help) there are different behaviours that are effective in different situations.

Cathy and her team will work with you to analyse what it takes to be a leader in your company or team, then develop coaching plans and workshops to instil these behaviours and principles in your selected “leaders”.

Each individual will develop their own leadership potential, and will understand how to align their talents to the company goals and objectives.
