In 1997 Cathy joined the RIchardson Company, based in Philadelphia, USA as a Senior Training Consultant. In this role she has delivered training in sales skills, negotiations, coaching, strategic selling, becoming a trusted advisor to many top companies. She has also had a key role in coaching senior executives, particularly from a “coaching the coach”perspective. Her clients include: KPMG, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Novozymes, AXA insurance, Alliance Finance, JP Morgan, Glaxo-Wellcome, Computer Associates, Dell, Star Alliance, Cisco Systems and many others.
In her consulting business, Cathy has worked with multinational finance, service, and manufacturing organisations, as well as government departments, who are seeking strategic change, using her background and experience with high-performance teams to ensure effective change implementation.
She also designs and leads organisational development programmes and interventions focused on developing skills and competencies to enable effective use of the diverse talents of individuals, teams, and organisations. Having worked in Europe, America, Africa and Asia, she brings a rich cross cultural perspective to all her work.
